  •   interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operations of the website, servers and or networks upon which the website operates which includes but is not limited to attempts to modify, decompile or reverse engineer or otherwise manipulate any part of this site.
  •   reproduce, copy, sell or attempt to exploit for commercial purpose any portion of the site or any information, photos, text, graphics and or trademarks  contained on the site.
  •   upload, transmit, post or otherwise cause damage by insertion of malicious code, virus, spyware, trojan horse or any other invasive software.
  •   use the website to defame, harass, intimidate, threaten or violate the privacy or rights of other users of the website.
  •   use the website for any fraudulent or criminal activity.

Orders

 The minimum order is $15.00, before shipping charges and any applicable taxes.
 All orders must be pre-paid with PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to use PayPal.

 We do not accept COD orders.

 You may use Guest Checkout to purchase Chloelina products from our site. However, as a Registered User you will have access to order tracking, current and prior orders you have placed. 


 For security purposes and to guard against fraudulent credit card purchases, your Bill To Name and Address must match the information reported by your issuing bank.
  
We reserve the right to refuse any order or service to anyone. 

Sales Tax

 Applicable New York sales tax will be charged on all orders.

Pricing

 Due to market fluctuations in the cost of our fresh, natural ingredients, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping

Ground shipments within the U.S. require 2-6 days after leaving our warehouse. We ship via USPS within 24-48 hours after orders are received.


Priority Mail is usually 2-4 days; we use Flat Rate boxes whenever possible.

Please provide the correct address and zip code when placing your order.

An additional charge will be incurred for package intercept or address correction.

This fee will be charged to your form of payment and is $15.00. Please check your order carefully before submitting.

Customs and Duty Charges

We do not pay or refund customs and duty charges.

If you are within the European Union, it is your responsibility to know what, if any, fees will be charged for imported goods before your order is shipped. We will not accept returns due to unpaid customs charges.

Refunds and Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Chloelina All Natural Soap Company.

If you are not, we will refund your purchase upon receipt of the unused, returned items for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

Return an item

 Return Authorization Number (RAN#) is required for all returns. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.

Att: Returns Dept. (in the email subject line).

Return authorizations should be requested within three (3) days of delivery. After you receive the RAN#, please be sure that the returning item(s) is sent to us within ten (10) days.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please indicate the RAN# on your package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card via PayPal usually within 7 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not pay for return shipping.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
